***UPDATE: I finally got my refund, but of course only after I said I'm just going to post about it since they were stealing my money. Can't recommend that anyone uses this app at this point. At this point, we were ready to move on because there has been more than enough communication and more than enough troubleshooting, but they refused to give us back our money for a non-consistently working app. We got frustrated using an app that doesn't work, so then we requested a refund for the 8 months of the year left that we won't use it, but they refused to do so without doing a 5th or 6th tech call with them about the issues. The troubleshooting never worked, we still had issues. If you are still having the issue, then try to delete the old machine and recreate a new one.The app has constant connection problems! I addressed the connection my staff regularly has with the reps and senior folks. You can also clean boot Windows to check if any other application is creating the issue. If you are using any other streaming/remote connection applications, then disable them as well.
Now launch Parsec and check if it is clear of the error 15000. In the right pane of the window, toggle off the switch of the Game bar. Then in the results list, click on Game bar settings. Press Windows key and in the search box, type Gaming. 
Now launch Parsec and check if it is working fine. Exit the application after saving your changes. Now in the right pane of the window, toggle off the switch of “ Share”. Click on the General tab in the left pane of the window. The new release now offers the granular controls. In that case, disabling these applications may solve the issue. Parsec said it is extending its low-latency remote desktop capabilities to support MacOS environments for both commercial and personal use. Rollback your graphics driver to a previous version. In that case, rolling back your graphics card driver may solve the problem. The Intel’s graphics card driver released in September 2019 has a bug that caused issues for Parsec which resulted in the error under discussion. The same could be said for your graphics card driver.
